Twelve baseball and softball fields stand at the center of the 250-acre park that also features a beautiful new concession stand, spacious restrooms, a boundless playground, and more. The location is perfect for regional and national baseball or softball events, with eight 300-foot fields and four 250-foot fields. We specialize in both adult and youth tournaments, with portable fencing to create the ideal destination for either type of tournament. The park also holds a collegiate-level cross country course and a 27 hole disc golf course that are both competition ready, hosting regular events.

The South Lowndes Recreation Complex is home to three soccer fields, complete with their own dedicated concessions and bathrooms. The facility also features two adult and two youth softball/baseball fields.

This athletic complex is home to seven fully-lit youth baseball fields, one full-size soccer field, and two youth fields all fully lit. The complex also features two concession stands, restrooms and a large picnic shelter.

Harry B. Anderson Tennis Center (McKey Park)

Aces abound at this 18-court complex with covered bleachers. The park features an observation deck at the center of the facility that has bathrooms, a concession stand, and water fountains. The center is surrounded by a full block of shaded park areas.Coming soon: a 12-court pickleball addition!

This 28-acre recreation space houses a regulation-size football field with bleachers, three outdoor regulation basketball courts and three outdoor regulation tennis courts, all fully lit. A full-size track with lanes is also available and perfect for runners or track & field.

Steel’s Diamond is located one mile north of Valdosta State University’s campus. It is fully lit with a 200-foot outfield. The covered bleachers at the facility seat over 500 and restrooms and concessions are available.

The Billy Grant field at Valdosta State University is considered one of the top NCAA Division II baseball facilities in the state. The field is fully lit and has separate locker rooms for home and away teams. Grandstands and a spacious, fully-equipped press box sit behind the home plate. The facility also has bathrooms and parking for spectators.

VSU Tennis Courts

The Valdosta State University Tennis courts feature 12 fully-lit hardcourts. Four of the courts were added after a renovation just before the VSU tennis teams’ 2011 season. Covered bleachers are available to spectators.

The Complex at VSU is an arena on Valdosta State University’s Campus that seats up to 5,350 people. The facility features two visiting team locker rooms, bathrooms, concessions, and water fountains.

Martin Stadium, commonly known as “The Concrete Palace,” lives up to its name, as it is capable of seating roughly 12,000 people within its massive stands. It is conveniently located at Lowndes High School’s campus bordering Interstate 75. The stadium features a large videoboard with instant replay capability, Field Turf surfacing, and large concession areas.

Known as “Death Valley”, this stadium is the pride and joy of the nationally renowned Valdosta High School football team. It also acts as the home stadium for Valdosta State Blazer football, who are four-time National Champions. The stadium holds more than 11,000 people and is outfitted with synthetic Sprinturf field surfacing and a 25-by-36-foot jumbotron video board featuring instant replay capability.

The Lowndes High Gymnasium is a 58,000 sq ft facility with state-of-the-art design features. The facility accommodates three basketball and volleyball courts and the fully extended stands seat 3,000. Bathrooms, concessions, and an indoor track can be found on the second floor, as well as locker rooms.

Lowndes High also features brand new turf baseball and softball fields, a tennis complex, auxiliary fields, and a full size, fully lit track and field area with lanes for running events.

The new Valdosta High School Gymnasium is a cutting-edge facility featuring three basketball and volleyball courts with partitions and retractable bleachers. The arena seats 2,600 people with multi-level seating and a second-floor observation deck. The recently built campus also has ten brand-new tennis courts, a full-size track ready for track and field events, a full-size field for soccer or lacrosse, and two football fields.

Created by Davis Love III Designs, the professional course opened in April 2004, serving as host to six PGA Nationwide Tour events and two PGA Web.com events in ten years. The South Georgia Classic was one of the largest events on the tour, with one of the richest purses on the PGA qualifying circuit. In an area known for flat terrain, the topography of Kinderlou Forest is unusual for the region. Undulating hills lend a unique element not found in southern Georgia. The course plays as short as 4,713 yards or as long as 7,781 yards.

Conveniently located on Interstate 75, the Rainwater Conference Center hosts a variety of convention options. The Centers’ Grand Hall boasts 11,102 sq ft of space, while Grand Hall 2 features 7,396 sq ft of space. Several other suites occupy between areas of 1,000 and 4,000+ square feet, perfect for accommodating large events. The venue features beautiful outdoor entertaining areas with a veranda overlooking a picturesque pond teeming with South Georgia wildlife.
